The questions companies ask

How much does it cost?

$250 an hour, with a two-hour minimum. The backdrop, the lights and an online gallery are included.

How is this different from renting a photo booth?

A photographer runs it. Guests are posed and lit properly, so the pictures look like portraits rather than snapshots, and every frame is edited before it reaches your gallery.

When do we get the photos?

Within one week. Your edited photographs are in an online gallery for you to download.

Can we use the photos on social media and internally?

Yes. Every booking comes with a written licence that says where your company can use the images: website, social channels, newsletters, recruiting. Nothing is left vague.

Can we add it to event coverage?

Yes. Book it on its own or alongside event coverage, which starts at $800 for a half day.

Who takes the photos?

Dario Hudon, who photographs runway and backstage at fashion weeks in Mexico City, Montreal and Edmonton. Event rooms ask for the same habits: low light, people moving, and getting the picture without stopping the room.
