Which December dates are still open?

What gets photographed?

Arrivals, the room before it fills, speeches and awards, the dance floor and group photos. Tell us the moments that matter and they go on the shot list.

Can you set up a portrait corner for staff?

Yes. A photo booth with a backdrop, lights and an online gallery is $250 an hour, with a two-hour minimum.

What if someone does not want to be photographed?

To confirm: The studio's policy for guests who opt out.

Will the photos be ready for January?

To confirm: When the gallery is delivered after the party.

Can we use the photos internally and on social media?

Yes. Every booking comes with a written licence that says where your company can use the images: website, social channels, newsletters, recruiting. Nothing is left vague.

How much does it cost?

Event coverage is $800 for a half day or $1,400 for a full day, with around 50 fully edited photographs an hour and an online gallery. A photo booth, with backdrop, lights and an online gallery, is $250 an hour. Staff headshots are $200 an hour. The photo booth and headshots have a two-hour minimum. No GST.

Do you charge GST?

No. The studio does not charge GST.
